10 Things To Do This Fall
Today officially marks the beginning of fall, and frankly, after an amazing summer, I am totally ready to take on my favourite season of the year. Cozy knits, hot coffee (since I’m not a PSL lover) and the fall foliage is something I look forward to every year, so I am making sure I soak up my favourite season by taking advantage of it with fun activities and things to make it extra special this year.
Since Canadians don’t get a really long time to enjoy fall – before the winter chill arrives, I always find it helpful to make a bucket list of things I want to experience each season. I just hope there is enough time to check yes to it all!
Wondering how to make your fall season extra fun and special and soak up all that fall brings? Join me and follow these 10 things to do this fall:
- Coffee dates to your favourite cafe with your favourite people. Honestly, coffee and treats just bring people together!
- Drive out of your city to enjoy fall foliage
- Visit your local apple orchard and go apple picking
- Speaking of apples, go cider tasting (you can’t forget wine tasting too!)
- With Fall comes Halloween, and you have to pick up a pumpkin and carve it – even if you aren’t giving out candy or dressing up for Halloween
- Go shopping for cozy knits. I have already done this and I will continue to do it again and again
- Enjoy a fall picnic outside. Just be sure to bring cozy blankets and hot cider
- Go horseback riding. This could be a great opportunity to enjoy the fall foliage as well!
- Make a fall-inspired recipe. I will be doing just that and I’ll be sure to share it on the blog!
- Festivals aren’t just for summer time. Get outside and enjoy concerts and festivals in your area
