I was lucky enough to test out a brush of my choice, which happened to be the 102 brush. Since I was in dire need of a new complexion brush, I was more than excited to try this one out. While I’m no makeup junky, I was thrilled to see first- hand how well it worked, how soft the bristles were and how easy it was to apply my makeup. Once I used it, I could really feel the extensive work that was put into this high-quality brush.

The reason for this is the Artisan Brush Collection is comprised of delicate brushes that took 5 years to create, which involved 25 unique steps to process a unique brush and 30 team members in the production process to create each brush from start to finish. Creator and Artistic Director Dany Sanz’s perfected each brush throughout the five year process and partnered with brush manufacturer Raphaël to create these specialized brushes with specific synthetic fiber technology.

The Artisan Brush Collection 2013 is classified in a way that is extremely practical for any makeup lover out there, including the makeup artists that work with many different products and clients:

200s= eyes
300s= lips
400s= artistic; specially designed for professionals.
