The master makeup brand that knows colour, Benefit Cosmetics has launched its new product for blush lovers, Benefit Majorette Boster Blush. 

Over this past year, I have become a fan of cream blushes. While I always have those moments when I stick to the traditional powder blush, I am really loving the cream to powder formulation that Majorette offers. The booster blush glides over the skin very smoothly to get that desired natural-looking flush tone. Not only is the peach and pomegranate scent addicting, but the package design is just to die for. From the marching band theme to the macaroon style design, as per usual, Benefit continues to step their game up with the product and its presentation. 

The shade, which is a beautiful coral peach, is the ideal colour for a wide range of skin tones. Since I have a deep olive skin tone, I like to use Majorette by itself during the day and then easily build up with a touch of bronzer for contouring if I want a more dramatic look. I get that beautiful bronzed glow with a perfect touch of peach – great for summer and for fall with a darker shade lipstick.

The trick with cream blush is to start with a little on the tip of your blush brush and stroke the brush up from the cheeks and to the temples and then build to whatever look you want. In this look I paired the Majorette blush with an orange/red lip and a bronze lid and a coat of my favourite They’re Real mascara from Benefit.
