Beret Season OOTD

Last night was our official snowfall and to be honest, I feel so unprepared. While I welcome the colder season and I love a good snowfall, I feel like it kind of came out of nowhere. Maybe because I still have a lot of fall-esque outfits to post here on the blog, but I can’t help but share them!

This outfit was back from my trip to Montreal in October and I was too in love with it not to post. And though I can’t exactly go bare-leg on a day like today, this outfit is still one that I plan to wear in the Winter but with stockings and a pair of over the knee boots of course. Another item that will be on repeat this winter is a beret.

I have accumulated a number of different hats over the years and the beret is one that has been newly welcomed into my wardrobe. Not only does it save me from bad hair days, but it can make the simplest of outfits look tres chic! (See what I did there?)

Offering a little hint of Parisienne chic, I truly believe this hat now needs new friends- maybe in black and red?
