Christmas Tree Farm Tradition
Just this past weekend was our yearly Christmas Tree farm tradition and as I’ve mentioned before, it is by far one of my favourite moments of the Holidays. Each year we meet as a family to have breakfast at Hot Stacks (I just love that name), stuff our faces with coffee and pancakes and make our way to Drysdale’s to take a ride on the tractor, cut down a tree or two for the Goddard clan and soak up all that is Christmas!
Although this year it was only half the pack due to a lot of people being sick, it was still a memorable day and with the loads of snow, it made it the perfect Winter Wonderland! I also finally got to break out my new Timberland boots from Hudson’s Bay that were perfect for the day – so comfortable, yet chic and kept my toes super warm!
I do kind of wish I took more photos, but I wasn’t feeling the best myself and the place got super packed, so I’ll either have to wait for next year to frolic more amongst the trees, or perhaps I’ll convince Stuart to take a trip just cuz!
Gah I love this season!
