December Beauty Favourites
I know many of you are on that new year, new me biz but I am still (somewhat) living in 2016. I mean, because today I am discussing my December beauty favourites. December was a great month for beauty. Naturally, because we get all those amazing gift sets which are now taking up all available space in my office. However, i swear I am using them all!
Aside from the beauty gift sets though, there have been a few products that I’ve been wanting to share this month because not only am I using these products, but for the past month or so, they have been in heavy rotation. From nails to skincare and everything in between, I’m excited to share with you my absolute faves that have been rocking my beauty world!

Essie Gel Couture Ballet Nudes
First things first – nails!
essie never seems to disappoint, but their latest gel couture ballet nudes collection is to-die-for. The 6 on-pointe shades consists of the perfect nudes including pinks, greys and blue but since the holidays, I have been going back and forth between the soft ivory pink Lace Me Up as well as the warm nude At the Barre which is shown above. The entire collection is really a hit and you can’t go wrong with any of these shades.
The fact that the gel couture formula which offers luxurious wear for up to 14 days is just the cherry on top!

Vichy Teint Ideal Illuminating Foundation (Compact Powder)
I’ve been a fan of the Vichy brand for years, so when they debuted their makeup products, I was thrilled to give it a go. It’s safe to say that their makeup is just as great as their skincare products. The Teint Ideal Illuminating Powder Foundation is lightweight and offers medium coverage with a matte finish which is my go-to. Not only does it give me a great finish for any makeup look, but it is also proven to improve the quality of all skin types.
Win- win right?

As the holidays approached, I felt like my skin really looked dull and lifeless.
