Emma Roberts Goes Unretouched for Aerie 

Remember the #AerieReal campaign that we posted a while back here? Well, we are happy to announce that it has returned, but this time around, the lingerie brand has tapped actress Emma Roberts as the new face for the fall 2015 underwear campaign. Again titled #AerieReal, the young blonde beauty stars in the unretouched images for the campaign and we are absolutely loving it.

Hitting stores in September and scheduled to run through to the holiday season, the campaign features Roberts in not only adorable lingerie pieces, but the brand features other apparel such as sweaters, flannels, tees and more.

Feeling honoured to be a part of the campaign, Roberts shares why it was important for her to get involved in the campaign:

“I have a little sister who’s 14, and I see how insecure she gets looking at photos on Instagram and Twitter. People post photos that aren’t real. So to be able to be like, ‘This is me as Emma, not Emma Roberts,’ was important to me. As an actress, who’s always doing shoots getting their hair and makeup done, putting on these outfits that aren’t necessarily you, I felt it was important to do something that was me.”
