Since I did a mini rant and rave over Givenchy yesterday I felt it necessary to continue but this time with a fragrance. I’ve mentioned before that my all-time favourite and signature perfume was, is, and will forever be Givenchy Hot Couture. Although I wear many scents on rotation, I had never tried a different one from Givenchy, until last year that is.
Now I can proudly say that Givenchy’s Dahlia Noir is the fourth perfume to grace the perfume stash on my dresser. The fragrance was created by François Demachy and Riccardo Tisci and I have to say that they are absolute geniuses. This scent is the perfect enchantement to your outfit, hair style, and makeup. It has a very fresh, clean, powdery smell that sits lovely on the skin.
It is very feminine and reminiscent of a form of classic beauty. I can picture Marilyn Monroe dabbing Dahlia Noir behind her ears before the Oscars.
The bottle is very simple and neat but sophisticated and luxurious at the same time.

Ponieważ tak chwaliłam Givenchy wczoraj, czułam że należy kontynuować, ale tym razem o zapachu. Pisałam wcześniej, że móje ulubione perfumy były, są i zawsze będą Givenchy Hot Couture (niestety nie ma ich już w Polsce ale można zamówić z Allegro. Chociaż noszę wiele zapachów na zmianę, nigdy nie próbowałam innych od Givenchy, aż do zeszłego roku.
Teraz z dumą mogę powiedzieć, że Givenchy Dahlia Noir jest czwartą buteleczką perfum z tej firmy którą dodałam do mojej kolekcji perfum które stoją na mojej komodzie. Zapach został stworzony przez François i Riccardo Tisci Demachy i muszę powiedzieć, że są absolutnymi geniuszami. Ten zapach jest idealnym dodatkiem do stroju, fryzury i makijażu. Ma bardzo świeży, czysty, pudrowy zapach, który siedzi piękny na skórze.
Jest bardzo kobiecy i przypomina postaci klasycznej urody. Mogę wyobrazić sobie Marilyn Monroe jak pryska się Dahlia Noir za uszami przed Oscarami.
Butelka jest bardzo prosta i zwykłą, ale jednocześnie elegancka i luksusowe.
