GOTO Style: Dijon Mustard

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been obsessed with mustard-like shades – what i like to call “Dijon”. Weirdly enough, I used to wear it so much in my very early 20’s that I had a few friends and co-workers nickname me Dijon.

Guys, the love is real! I’m not exactly sure what it is, but dijon shade I’m sporting in todays post is just a colour I have loved for years. The shade is unique enough that not everyone flocks to it in stores but beautiful enough that when I wear it, or anyone does for that matter, you can’t help but take notice.

When I spotted this dress at H&M a few weeks ago, I literally b-lined straight to it in the stores, found my size and jetted to the check out counter like a racoon stealing cat food. (Umm, if you haven’t seen that hilarious YouTube video, search it now!)

The dress is so easy and breezy to wear and I love it paired with these Le Chateau platform heels. It’s a shame that the cooler weather will be here soon but I just picture this dress perfectly with a pair of ankle shooties and a black leather jacket. Perfect, right?
