GOTO Style: The New Moto

I feel like just a few days ago I was talking about Spring finally arriving, and then of course, we had a snow fall and freezing rain storm and then yesterday was just beautiful and warm. I don’t even know what weather to dress for anymore, so I typically find myself creating looks that are inspired by just one piece. This look was centred around this faux-leather powder blue jacket from Forever 21 Plus.

I always get “you shop in the plus size section at Forever 21?” and really, it’s true! I can find items in both the regular section as well as their plus because of two reasons. I consider myself an inbetweener and I am quite busty (sheesh) so my big problem is always finding tops to fit right. An inbetweener for me, means I fall right in between “standard” (there really is no right word to use here) sizes and plus sizes. As much as I’m working on getting back into shape and REALLY feeling dedicated to doing so, I have no problem in shopping in the plus size section, and I’ll tell you why!

I find some women now are so obsessed with the number they see on the tag that they don’t even realize how much better an item can look by just going up a size. In fact, in some cases, a large size can actually fit better and in turn, make you look smaller, but we are human, going up a size can feel like a shock. However ladies, it’s about looking and feeling good right? S, don’t let the number decide for you – think of the fit!
