Last year around this time, I remember watching Bethenny and she mentioned “Grilled Peaches With Honey” as one of her favourite recipes. Let’s just say I have been hooked since and seeing that I’m a strong believer that sharing is caring, I decided to share this recipe with the Girls of T.O readers.
Not only is this recipe delicious but the calories are very little. You can thank me later
Makes: 6 servings
3 Peaches, pitted and halved
1 Tbsp, olive oil
1 Tbsp. honey
Preheat grill to high Cut peaches in half; remove pits
Brush cut side of peach halves with olive oil and place on grill, cut side down
Grill until golden brown and caramelized, 2 to 3 minute
Turn peach halves over and grill until slightly soft and just warmer through, about 2 minutes longer
Remove from grill and drizzle with honey
Serving Size: 1/2 Peach
