J.Crew’s Save the Bees Campaign
This April, J.Crew launches its second campaign to Save the Bees as part of the brand’s overall Garments for Good program.
Following the successful 2014 launch with British artist Emma Smith, this year J.Crew has collaborated with renowned New York-based illustrator, Donald Robertson. Robertson, best known for his colorful, quirky designs, has created a series of illustrations exclusively for J.Crew. Robertson’s artwork will be used on three t- shirts designed for Women, Boys and Girls as well as a series of related products. 50% of retail sales from all Save the Bees items will go back to Buglife.
Officially launching on April 22nd to coincide with Earth Day, the range of limited edition Garments for Good t- shirts are part of a bigger collection of bee and honey inspired products. Items include local honey, a custom beeswax candle in collaboration with Joya, Corgi socks for men and boys as well as Sugar Paper stationary.
Save the Bees products will be available at jcrew.com and in select stores. The women’s t-shirt retails for $54 CAD and the crewcuts are $33.50 CAD.
