Miranda Priestly may have sarcastically said “Florals for spring? Groundbreaking” in The Devil Wears Prada, but really, florals for spring is really my go-to and I have no doubt that some of you feel the same way!

Nothing welcomes Spring quite like some floral additions in your wardrobe and thanks to Joe Fresh, there are loads of floral prints to choose from for any spring-inspired look! Joe Fresh happens to be one of my favourite brands, and not only because the pieces are fabulous and inexpensive, but their sizing is amazing (and extended might I add) and their items are so versatile and can easily take you from work to Sunday brunches.

This floral on floral look was perfect for Sunday brunch last weekend and the warmer temperatures definitely helped. When mixing florals, it’s easy to get carried away with prints, but Joe Fresh makes it easy with this complimenting white blouse and blue parka that worked perfectly with their ultra comfortable deep blue denim and matching tan bag and shooties. When Joe Fresh challenged me to #RewritetheRules for the floral on floral trend, I knew that these pieces would be perfect, however when in doubt while mixing florals, focus on picking up colours in the florals that better compliment each other and then build your look from there!
