Newly engaged couple, Mary-Kate Olsen and French-born banker Olivier Sarkozy have set up shop in their new historic five-bedroom townhouse in Turtle Bay – Midtown East Manhattan. At $16.5 million, the estate features a private garden with a fountain designed after the Medici fountain in Rome, a portico, a loggia, a hallway of mirrors (of course to make sure your lipstick is always in check), a grande ballroom, a rooftop exercise, a built in garage and more!
