Montreal Outfit Roundup
If you noticed some of my stories via Instagram, you would have had a glimpse into my 3 days in Montreal just last week. The fiancé had a week off work and rather than just stick around, we hopped in our car and drove to Montreal for a little visit which of course included some pretty sights and delicious food! While the trip was short, I always manage to have a blast in Montreal, and discover a new area that I hadn’t before.
This time around, we were entering full on Spring in Montreal, which was amazing, so I was really looking forward to wearing some new pieces that I’ve added to my wardrobe this season. One thing is for sure after leaving Montreal – I am obsessed with the colour yellow and I think it may just be the colour of the season for me!
With that being said, it was a sort trip, but you better believe I toured Montreal in some of my current favourite pieces!
Wild Honey Tee + MiniSkirt – Forever 21 Plus
I am always down for a miniskirt and this stripped one was the perfect piece to add to my collection. It also had a slight stretch, so I casually paired it with this Wild Honey tee which paired perfectly with a pair of sneakers!
Romper – Forever 21 Plus / Sandals – Splendid c/o Shopbop / Bag – Zara
The ONLY downside to a pretty romper is when you have to use the washroom, but otherwise, I am all for a cute romper on a hot day, and this yellow floral print one from Forever 21 was a no brainer. The tie bow detail is also adorable too!
Dress – c/o Hudson’s Bay / Sneakers – adidas
This dress is my latest obsession. I scored it at Hudson’s Bay and the sheer details make me feel all girly inside, and of course, the polka dots are an added detail! While this may not have been ideal for touring Montreal, I do think its an adorable look!
Blouse – Forever 21 / Skirt – GAP / Sandals – c/o Joe Fresh
This photo makes me laugh because instead of actually trying to get a shot of this look, the fiancé and I had an even better time joking around and pretending to swing around a pole like we were in Singing In the Rain – sans rain! Either way, I loved this adorable look and now I’m obsessed with all the puffy sleeve blouses out there!
