New Years Resolutions Starting with Sleep

With December finally here, I know that it is only a certain amount of time before the new year hits, which means new goals, ventures and of course, the classic “get fit” attitude.

While I admit to falling into that habit, this year I am reaching for more of a “get healthy” lifestyle, and this time, I am starting early and refusing to wait for the New Year kick off. This get healthy approach is also not just about hitting the gym and eating right, but it’s about a lifestyle that will only encourage success, well being and happiness moving forward. Although some might not think of this to be the first step, I am beginning with my sleep.
