November Fitness Challenge

30daysLadies, Summer has been over however that doesn’t mean we need  to go into hibernation and become a couch potato. In order to remain in good shape, it is recommended to consistently work out and eat healthy, even when the drab weather gets to you.

The Holiday season is approaching which means many of us will be consuming excessive amounts of unhealthy foods however let’s try to make November a healthy one by participating in the November Challenge courtesy of fitness enthusiast, Tameika G.

Yes, we’ve missed a few days  in November but it’s still early and we have plenty of days left for this challenge. If you choose, you can always carry it over to December to make sure you get the full month!

Don’t forget to take a before picture with your measurements listed so that you can compare your before and after pics once November ends.
