Pre-Holiday Cleaning With Dyson 

Now that Halloween is behind us and Holiday preparations are in full effect, I am slowly but surely getting both my life and my home in order. This is by far my most favourite time of year – and not necessarily because the Holidays itself, but this time of year brings so much joy and hope for everyone so I can’t help but feel motivated and inspired to tackle my to-do list early so I can soak up the Holidays.

With that being said, I’ve slowly begun prepping my home, but before the decorations officially go up and the Christmas music is on full blast, some seriously cleaning has to be done! Dyson machines are basically the king of all cleaning tools in our household, and over the years we have met and fallen in love with some amazing Dyson machines. They have really allowed us to keep our home feeling fresh and clean, while successfully keeping my lovely, but OCD fiancé a happy man!

After using the Dyson V6 Absolute cord-free vacuum for the past couple of years, we were so excited to switch things up and try their latest, the Dyson Cyclone V10. Dyson always seems to create incredible technology that make life (and cleaning) so much easier, so I was not shocked to learn that this was going to be another Dyson vacuum that I was going to love. 

The Dyson Cyclone V10 is the ultimate lifesaver and offers the most powerful suction, so you can get the job done quickly and efficiently regardless if you are doing a serious Holiday cleaning like I am, or just staying on top of day-to-day messes.  The V10 also features a bin that is 40% bigger than the previous model, so you are able to tackle those bigger cleans which we all know during the holidays is a must! 

Between carpets, hardwood floors and decorative rugs, the Cyclone V10 torque-drive motor head handles it all and easily sucks up both large debris and fine dust on hardwood floors and also really deep cleans into carpet, removing that ground-in dirt so you aren’t wasting time going over the same spot over and over again! The handheld feature also makes cleaning tough to reach places like the stairs, the car, or even the sofa incredibly simple. The best part is that the V10 captures 99.97% of dust and allergen particles as small as 0.3 microns in its filter, so you are left with cleaner air.

The Cyclone V10 is a great update from the V6 for us in our home and we welcome it with open arms! Firstly, the V10 offers up to 60 minutes of fade-free power, so for a condo owner like me, there is sufficient time to get my full cleaning worth and then some, while the machine now fully charges in just 3.5 hours! That means no more annoying cords and even more cleaning time without having to recharge the device!
