A few weeks ago, I had the pleasure to attend the Spring/Summer 2013 preview for Roots Canada leathers at their Bloor flagship store. As previously mentioned, I’ve always been a fan of Roots and can sometimes refer it to “my Roots family”. Having worked in store and at head office, I have a sincere appreciation for their leather goods.

This upcming season is no different. While staying true to Roots traditional esthetic, this season adds a nice mixture of vibrant colours that is sure to work perfectly with the season’s trends.

I can honestly say that I don’t know what gentleman wouldn’t look sexy in an awards jacket. Are you with me ladies?

While lonesome ladies like myself tend to ignore anything “Valentine’s Day” I found a new appreciation for the holiday, Roots Valentine’s Day collection. Roots leather takes on pinks and reds to bring in the Holiday for lovers. I am personally in love with the quilted accents!

I especially fell in love with this mini chained pink bag. I have never been a fan of pink until now and this bag is on my must-have list.
