Cappuccino À La Rose
The countdown to Valentine’s Day is on and this year, I’m celebrating it! I usually am one of those “blah Valentine’s Day is a scam”, but I’ve been so full of love lately that I just can’t help myself.
With a few V-day content on the way to the blog over the next week, I’m officially kicking things off with this yummy rose cappuccino recipe! Simple, but just the perfect touch of pink, this drink is my jam and the hubby to be actually approves of it too (even if he asks for no rose garnish)!

Cappuccino À La Rose
Ingredients:
- capsule of Dulsão do BrasilGrand Cru
- 10 cl / 3.5 oz of milk
- 1 cl / 0.5 oz of rose_water
- rose petals
(Note: I also added a drop of red food colouring to turn the drink pink because well, Valentine’s Day, but this is optional!)
Instructions:
- Prepare the capsule of Dulsão do Brasil Grand Cruyour in espresso (40 ml / 15 oz) and pour it on the chocolate
- Mix the milk with the rosewater
- Prepare the flavored milk froth using the steam nozzle of your Nespresso machine or the Aeroccino milk frother and pour the froth and the milk into the cup
- Decorate your cup with some rose petals
