On April 14th, The Carbon bar is teaming up with Cumbrae Farms and Canadian Whisky to offer the ultimate dining experience, including an exclusive 4 course, 10-dish menu for one night only featuring all things Smoke, Meat & Whisky!
Chef Hidde will be serving up this season’s top cuts, and Canadian Whisky ambassador Dave Mitton will be in-house highlighting feature cocktails and flights for the evening to complement the menu, including JP Wisers, Pike Creek and Lot 40 Whisky.
