Ever been at the gym and just couldn’t get into the workout. Meanwhile, Tom beside you was bopping and breaking a sweat. Well, it may just have to do with the type of music you are listening too. Many times, we go to the gym with the wrong songs on our iPods/devices and the workout is just so boring. Here is a list of some of my favourite songs that help my exercise routine and have me wanting to work out longer.
Always remember to change up your songs once in a while. Wouldn’t want you to get bored of what’s coming out of your headphones.
