Stirling Room Celebrates 5 Years
Celebrating five year’s in Toronto’s historic Distillery District, The Stirling Room marked the occasion with a patio launch Wednesday night and GOTO was there to celebrate.
The newly expanded patio and hours of operation in honour of five years are now in effect, offering visitors a perfect location to snack, drink and soak in the summer sun. Classic cocktails include sangria ($11), mojito ($14) and old fashioned ($16) with the option of bottle service available (starting at $175). Delicious summer-fresh bites, such as BBQ-glazed beef sliders ($14) and yellow fin tuna bamboo boats ($15) prepared by Toronto catering company The Food Dudes, will also be on offer.
For those who don’t know Stirling Room, it has long been recognized for its 18th century Victorian architecture and dramatic décor. Located at 16 Trinity St. it has become renowned for its weekend club nights and private events.
The stunning patio has a capacity of 80 to 100 and the décor is by designer David Craig (whose past projects include Valdez and Rock Lobster).
