Sangria is one of our all time favourite cocktails, and lucky for us, it’s actually one of the easiest drinks to make. You can get creative and mix different fruit, wines, juices, and garnishes to create the perfect Sangria for you. Our version wasn’t planned or staged – we took what was in the fridge and made something delicious on a whim.
Ingredients:
- 1 bottle of Magnotta Merlot or any red wine of your choice
- 500 ml of orange juice
- 500 ml of Sprite
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries
- 1 cup of frozen peaches
- Pitcher
- Large spoon
Preparation:
Throw the frozen strawberries and peaches into a pitcher and pour over with wine, orange juice, and sprite. Let stand at room temperature at least 2 hours or chill up to 4 hours. It really is that simple.
Makes approximately 8-10 glasses.
Tips:
Opt for frozen fruit instead of ice to instantly chill the Sangria without diluting it. Refrigerating the wine, OJ, and Sprite is also a great idea if you don’t have much time to spare.
Don’t be afraid to taste your concoction during the process – you want to make sure everything is to your liking so try it before you serve it!
Recap: Throw it all together and enjoy! Cheers!

Love it!! We always use frozen fruit in our sangria as well, definitely doesn’t water it down! Love your patio table by the way 🙂
