Born out of the power of the paleta, La Carnita’s most popular dessert-on-a-stick, comes Sweet Jesus: pimped-out soft serve ice cream. Made entirely from in-house, fresh ingredients, Sweet Jesus will be the test kitchen for all sweet stuff on both the La Carnita and Home of the Brave menus.
Spearheaded by executive chefs Andrew Richmond and Jon Hamilton and pastry chef Sasha Bogin, the concept was inspired by Home of the Brave’s passion for American culture, with an homage to the south, and it’s literal expression of “omg that’s awesome!”
