For me, there is nothing quite like enjoying good food and great company overlooking beautiful Toronto, and now that the newly reopened The One Eighty, formally known as Panorama Lounge, is open, it’s the best place to show off Toronto’s beautiful city view while offering a variety on their menu.

Owned by Canada’s award winning event management and catering brand, Eatertainment, The One Eighty will bring a fun new way to dining in Canada. Sebastien Centner, President and CEO of Eatertainment, has said that The One Eighty’s main focus is to create an outstanding menu that will push boundaries. With the help of Executive Chef, Christopher Matthews, their menu offers a fresh spin on comfort dishes.

Their luxe take on interactive table-side service will add that special touch for guests. What makes this service unique is having select house cocktails in a bottle, creating a personalized and pop art touch. The cocktails are served in between meals through the stylish bar carts by the servers. Along with their array of alcoholic beverages, the food menu has appetizers and salads that include duck confit hash with rapini. Their main menu is also sure to grab guests attention with their buttermilk fried chicken and waffles with chipotle honey and lemon. Are you drooling, yet?

Not only will their menu spice things up, but the interior alone is sure to grab anyones attention. Glossy white barrel-vaulted ceilings serve as a great contrast to the warm wood throughout, bringing both a luxury and relaxed ambiance to the space. Not to take away from the views of the city the patio will feature glass panels so guests can fully enjoy their surroundings.
