The Roaring Twenties continue to hold us in the decade’s spellbinding grip. The hot sounds of American Jazz could be heard pulsating in smoky nightclubs. From glamorous pin-up girls to distinguished gentlemen, Parlour embraces music, art and fashion culture in an impressive heritage building with a refined, yet conceptual design.
The Cocktails:
Prepare to savour classic 20s cocktails with a modern twist, courtesy of our newest sponsor Maker’s Mark Deluxe Bourbon Whiskey. Imbibe in designer bourbon-based cocktails such as the classic 1920s Bourbon Float, Mint Julep Bourbon Cocktail, and Bourbon Sour. A Maker’s Mark Bourbon mixologist will also be on site to educate our guests. Enjoy a complimentary 20s-inspried Bourbon designer cocktail + Roaring 20’s drink specials throughout the evening.
Tasting Menu:
Prepare to salivate in anticipation of complimentary Roaring Twenties delicacies such as Cucumber Watercress tea sandwiches with lemon aioli, Shrimp cocktail served on a fresh slice of cucumber with homemade cocktail sauce, wild mushrooms caps with a citrus crab mousse, and shaved roast tenderloin with a dollop of Dijon Aioli (served between 7:00pm and 9:00pm).
The Ambiance:
Be pampered by era-appropriate wait-staff in the spirit of the 20’s. The ladies will be wearing dressy black corsets and pearls. The gentlemen will be in Bowler hats, dress shirts, vests, and ties to greet and entertain guests.
