This is the best way to keep it a surprise until the last minute because they won’t realise what’s going on until they walk in and everyone shouts “Happy Birthday.”

When you’re planning a party for someone, it’s all about keeping it under wraps. But nowadays, this isn’t as easy as it used to be. The obvious thing to say is keep your ideas off of social media. Any hint or clue that you post on Twitter or Facebook might give the whole game away and the surprise will be ruined.
