Tommy Hilfiger and mytheresa.com have announced the launch of the limited-edition mytheresa.com x Tommy re-edition collection capsule which is available now exclusively on mytheresa.com.
Featuring modernized versions of the brand’s iconic ‘90s sportswear pieces the mytheresa.com x Tommy re-edition collection will consist of eight capsule pieces and designed under the Hilfiger Collection label.
“The mytheresa.com x Tommy re-edition collection revisits ‘90s nostalgia and celebrates iconic styles from our archives,” said Tommy Hilfiger. “Some of my favorite designs from my early years have been modernized for today with innovative fabrications, luxe fabrics and modern silhouettes. As we wrap-up our 30th anniversary celebrations this year, it felt like an exciting moment to share these iconic looks with the new generation of Tommy fans.”
The mytheresa.com x Tommy re-edition collection includes a fluid varsity jacket, boxer shorts, and a variety of sweatshirts and football dresses rendered in a sophisticated colour palette featuring rich hues of tawny port, cabernet, deep well blue, antique white and classic red. The classic sportswear styles are further elevated with luxe velvet finishes, while varsity details – such as satin H appliqués, velvet jacquard stripes, flags, numbers and embroidered script – run throughout for a signature Hilfiger finish. Retail prices for the capsule will range from $198 to $654 USD.
